This footage of a young Dj Proper and Michael Jackson dancing during his 1988 Bad Tour in Irvine. The film also has featured, Sheryl Crow as a backup singer in the band. Proper's Uncle Patrick "Bubba" Morrow gave his Godfather Mo Morrison a production job on tour and they controlled the distribution of video assets from the tour.

Big thank you for sharing. If you have the whole show, and/or others, I'd really recommend starting an online fundraiser to release it/them (if you can do so without any legal complications arising). A couple of tape owners have done so with shows from the Dangerous Tour in recent years. Oslo and Copenhagen were both released because of online fundraisers. I'd happily contribute every week until your goal is met for the chance to have more Bad Tour shows out in circulation.

I recognize that cutie in a red dress, that’s gotta be one of the reporter’s daughter, the same reporter who briefly got a very short interview with after the Bad Tour Finale. You said he was supposed to perform in Anaheim, cause I was thinking of Arrowhead Pond, the future home of Anaheim Mighty Ducks, but I Wikipedia’d to learn that Arrowhead Pond didn’t exist until 1993.
