The way you set-up and mix the tracks is just like Laidback Luke, and he does have some proper good skills on the CDJ's, props to you for a good mix, a lot of respect for your skills.

Thanks goodness there are still some legit DJ's still out there!!! I can't stand fakers...I've seen some with 1 or 2 wires plugged in saw that the power wasn't even plugged in...I mean seriously WTF! If you're faking then gtfo out of the DJ Industry, it's a fking job! it should be treated that way, if you fake and or lie, you should be removed, cited, and have some other punishment.
@NightMareOSU10 жыл бұрын
***** You act like you've never seen fakers...Do yourself a quick favor and go to Facebook, then search DJ Fails. While I admit there are a lot of repetitive annoying insults being thrown at innocent videos and pictures...there are even more horrible...HORRIBLE self-proclaimed DJ's that have NO CLUE how to even DJ correctly. I'm not a DJ myself, nor would I ever say I am. I fiddle around and make music on Protools 9 SE, FL Studio 10, and Cakewalk Sonar so I make music for fun. So before you try out a sly comment, do a little research and look around before you act like you can call me out on something I've been aware of for quite some time.
@NightMareOSU10 жыл бұрын
Honestly I usually don't pay a cent of attention to any of the DJ's that fake so naturally I really don't know any of their names. The worst part is that even if I did, I doubt that reporting them would do anything at all...What I'm saying is, it's really unfortunate that people get paid to DJ when they just memorize a prerecorded set or something of that nature. I don't think it's necessarily a "crisis", but I think too many people are aware of it and not much is being done about it. Think of it this way, you don't hire a marketer into a company if all he's going to do is go on MarketingProfs or some website and just take what's there and use it as their own...and even if they changed a little, it says almost nothing about their own ability to create original content, something that requires talent, experience, and skill.

FroZteeCoasterZ what if people getting paid for faking? that's a job to right?
@Mista8087 жыл бұрын
Despite you hating them, they're still putting food on the dinner table with their fake DJ'n. There's fake shit everywhere. Celebrities who get famous by being fake, artists who are fake with fake ass images. Fake Journalists who post fake news on fake news websites selling you fake drama all the while being paid. Don't look now, fakeness surrounds you and the world we all live in. Still lame though.. but just let em feed the kids? LOL

Big tip when using cdj 2000 nexus with pioneer djm 750 or whatever. If you want better connection, you do the red and white in the cdj and only the red in the digital. There should be 4 red input on back right next to each other you don't have to plug in the white one. This should give some better sound + connect cdj's with a lan cable which you usually use when you have no wireless internet. If you do that you only need to have a usb or sd card or cd and you will have the tracks on both cdj's

I lot of professional DJs use sync. The time they save, they use it in many creative ways like adding effects playing with loops and more. Using Sync is not a sin. It saves you time to do other things with your controller.
