Spin got a raw deal with Salt N Pepa. I remember their little reality show and Salt tried to play her out saying “we paid you to do a job”. I found that insulting because she’s the equivalent to Jam Master Jay to that group. Why have her on the covers of the albums and the videos and the shows if she was just somebody they paid to do a job? Just goes to show the people you’ve run with for years aren’t always your friends.
