Someone called Jonathan contacted me to say he was doing a half marathon run for charity and could I do him a mix to help keep him going. Now, I'd never met or spoke to Jon before, but seeing as he was doing something for a good cause, well I was happy to say yes. He wanted something upbeat so I went through my house folders and picked out a selection of tracks that were not just upbeat, but also take you on a bit of a journey.
