I have been trying to find this song since I heard it in a Milo Mix ("Drive" was the title of the mix I beiieve) BACK IN 2000. Literally wrote down all the lyrics, googled them in various chunks for the past 23 years. I shazam'd the song LITERALLY probably 1,500 times, various parts of the song, all throughout the years since Shazam was released and FINALLY, here it is.

Not sure really i remember stompy gave away a few tracks on ush.net before it closed down, I think this was one of those tracks.
