This put TIESTO into a class above, next came the massive 2 day set in 03 at Geiredome Arnhem, which made him a superstar. Pity he succumbed to the Dark Side and went commercially mainstream. As for this mix, BRAVO SIR. i do miss the Mc from the old mix but sound quality is 💯% better... I DONT ALWAYS LISTEN TO TIESTO.... BUT WHEN I DO, THE NEIGHBOURHOOD JOINS IN....

@heltongomez8865 it was over a few years, I'd say around 2005 onwards, he was the first ever DJ to spin tunes at an Olympic opening ceremony as the athletes entered the main arena. He opted for more commercially produced tunes with vocals which made it more appealing to a wider market i suppose, yes he was using up and coming vocalists but in my opinion that isn't true TRANCE,.... He has even admitted as much, a few years ago, he teased us with this message. "If I poll number one spot in DJ Mags DJ of the year, then I will drop a new TRUE TRANCE album" he polled 5th or something so we never got him back to marvel in his pure genius.... I bet he has some bitchin tracks that have never been heard by anyone.... I could go on but you get the idea. 😀

It was a crazy set, in crazy times. It used some of the best songs Trance ever produced, classics in the trance genre. It was a great time to be clubbing, forever special for those that were fortunate to be part of it, imo. Good remake, good quality!

Tiesto still tours and has commercial dance/pop tracks that sit in the charts, he Waa supposes to play at LAS VEGAS Grand Prix so he is still out there, he stopped spinning real Trance for commercial vocal crap. Giuseppe Otiviani is definitely brilliant as he does everything himself and can play his tracks live, not from cd or mp3 etc Teisto had alot of ghost writers doing his tracks.... best track from a Tiesto set is Electronic Malfunction, early 2000's

Just in case you didn't knew after all those years, that song is Vengaboys - Kiss (Airscape remix) but it also had a release as Danski & Delmundo - Breaking Records (Airscape remix). It's the same track but somehow it was released with 2 entirely different names. You are right though, it's the highlight of this set which is for me the very best of Tiësto we ever heard.
