Nice video buddy, look like great lights, although very fiddly changing the gobo, I generally use just wash lights (wash fx hex) but I think I do need that type of lighting for all parties other than weddings. Thanks for your review.

Hi Many thanks for the review the gobo changing was really helpful and your right its a pain in the armpits, try to be careful but end up scraping off black paint of the gobo trying to get the clip out

You made hard work of getting the gobo out, long nose pliers do the job and don’t scratch the holder or risk damaging the gobo.

@ yeah fair point, I’ve got the helix scans and the flower and both are a pain. The worst bit is re fitting the holder back in the fixture, it’s so fiddly.

Hi mate, in answer to your question: the upright poles used were made by Thor, just extendable lighting poles. They were connected to the booth with 35 to 32mm truss couplers. At the top of the poles were adjustable lighting mounts which split into 2 allowing 2 fixtures to be mounted. Then I used a 35mm top hat clamp attached to the light, which sat on the splitters. You should be able to buy all or most of this from a shop called Simply Sound and Lighting. 😊

They’re not cheap but I’d advise you to Google DJ shops and visit each one online. Many will price match. Last tip: actually ring the shop and check they have stock 😉

😂😂 I hear ya 😂😂 this was from a car interior trim removal kit from eBay. With most circlips you should be able to also use long nose pliers but I didn’t try. Maybe if you have some give it a shot 😂 good luck 👍🍀

Sounds like you got bad ones, mine did. In the UK you can send anything back bought brand new within 14 days.

@@DJ80 hi consumer act 2015 states 30 days. Not got a bad one apparently they won't function together as a pair or do you have two that work in sync?

@@MrLancy44 if you watched the video you’d know the answer to that question 😅go to roughly 17 minutes. Also, to be clear, I have no affiliation with Prolight/Equinox and whilst I can understand your frustration - you’re venting in the wrong place.
