I found with youtube there's usually a 10-1 like or dislike ratio, depending on if the video is really good , (or bad, like Friday by Rebecca Black) . 2418-39 ? that's a really fucking good ratio. Immortal technique is just that amazing

It sure is. Immortal Technique is the man.

technique is a humanitarian first and an emcee second, he uses his music to enlighten and wake people up from their comas, he ain't telling you to sip your drank, or smack dat ass, this is a real cat, a true OG, too smart for these dumb ass rappers who need to sucks dicks to get on a record label to have any success

This is a dope interview. May Allah protect Tech and give him guidance always, amin.

For those that may be wondering or wanting to find out the name of the song at the start of the video, it´s: Joell Ortiz - Modern Day Slavery (ft. Immortal Technique), peace!
@infectiousUG12 жыл бұрын
You know, every so often there emerges an artist who makes such an impact on your ideology that you can not imagine life without their contribution. Immortal Tech does this not only through his music, or even his ordinary speech, but the way he carries himself and interacts with others. His interviews are art in themselves. He is such an inspiration, words are inadequate.
@DaGhostQc12 жыл бұрын
People like him gives me hope in humanity! I've discovered him years ago and it's by far the most educated hip-hop artist. Try this kind of interview with most mainstream artists and we would get fail worthy material for years.

'No one ever went broke under estimating the ignorance of the American people' well said, like everything else he said. I'm glad there exist at least one hiphop artist which are not corrupted by corporations and governments.

You can tell the difference between a rapper like lil' Wayne or A$AP Rocky or any other mainstream rap/hip-hop artists are on the spot because Lil' Wayne and Rappers of his Generation would respond to these intricate and delicate questions like HELL naaahhh nigga I got the ca$h flow and dats all i care about! but you can tell that immortal technique is different just by the way he talks he uses actual english, rather then the slang that other rappers may use. God damn this guy needs more support
@thehappyhomeless12 жыл бұрын
so glad he keeps it real. and interesting. when i first heard this i was confused. but after listening to alot of his other songs i realize this is writte from somone elses perspective.

+Rafael Lehtonen R.A. is one of the best speaking of flow and breath control, also a highly regarded lyricist. He's also more old school than "pretty much every old school rapper" Tech is one of the best when speaking of messages. What the fuck are you even on about?

His Afghanistan answer was interesting... not what I expected. He almost got there with his expounding of the Sunni and Shiite split, but he could have gone into the nationality issue far more (the border zone down the middle of Pashtunistan). Nice that he didn't dismiss the US intervention outright, and recognized it is different... and props for going out there, I am sure religion plays a huge part in it as much as tribe...

Its sad that an intelligent man like this that commands such a powerful voice, and speaks such a clear truth is gonna be inevitably shut down. I foresee a genuine martyr in the future. In fact destiny calls for this. Such truth, that much heard cant last for long.

his first words speak of de-programming: "as long as they are willing to confront their own ideologies that are cemented in them as a child" my mind is open to IMPROVEMENT, so far I settle for togetherness because war is wrong when looking from the people's side. Revolution has to be peaceful to succeed. Together we can claim, or better, SHARE the world without governments aiming for war because of greed or hunger. Ask any muslim, buddhist or christian, they should know. You and I, we rule.

Uh huh. I was not aware of such a search engine. Thanks very much for enlightening me. Ehm, I like to study different sources when I research and thats why I asked you for any material you may have access to. I actually already googled it yesterday and found an interesting article which explains why this assumption could be made about Rumi and his disciple. However, you may like to argue otherwise. Ofcourse you may believe what you want to, I just wanted to know for myself.

Although, I might not share all I.T. views on the world. I found his response to the first question regarding homosexuality quite appropriate. W/ the internet we find it quite easy to express & place blame for our short coming & become so entrenched in our beliefs that we forget to address our problems & accept responsibility. “The measure of intelligence is the ability to change.” ― Albert Einstein
