I wish you would put endings on at least some of your tracks, like this one especially, since it is common to have a stop at the end and run through the last 8 bars. In general it helps soloists learn to end a song. Thanks though. I agree with the other commenter that these are the best tracks.

I could hear the melody of George Strait's "ace in the hole" over this progression.

all musicians all over the world pick influences to other, but the result may be quite different : comparing Django with this guy ? ho my god ! can't digest the snails, frogs, hedgehog and baguette I eat today !

It is just a chromatic shift, you can repeat your idea from E7 and shift it up.

What is the F7 in Django's version?
@guitareimprovisation7 жыл бұрын
They stay on E7 instead of F7.
@marcosking87 жыл бұрын
are you sure? on the "original" he solos over F7
@guitareimprovisation7 жыл бұрын
Yes I'm sure. Django plays a F7 on the "head" (but it's not played by the rythm section), then both his chorus and Grappelli's chorus stay on E7. Listen again and tell me. Even if I say I'm sure I may still be wrong.

Merci beaucoup pour ce backing! Je débute, et j'aurais une question : que signifie A/c# ? Cela veut-il dire qu'il faut jouer les deux accord à la suite sur les 4 mesures ? Merci encore pour ce superbe travail!
