Used to be called Purple Hotel but not purple in colour. They were a bit cold to DJ but nice opportunity to see the area on video. ⭐⭐⭐👍 Land between of the stadium and the railway was mostly series of parallelogram shaped fields separated by drains before redevelopment. Likely part of the Carr House estate. The area north was called Low Pasture now stadium, park land and the South Yorkshire Aircraft Museum. The race track is just north the aircraft museum. Low Pasture was formerly RAF Doncaster and censored on O/S maps except the perimeter taxi road and parking circles.
