1:53 eq 😱 above 0db 😂 that ll accure distortion in the sound and blow up the speakers..u should only do that if the track u are playing is not well mix mastered so u can enhance that frequencies that lacks in that particular track.. For example : 90s or early 20s songs.. Those are low gain tracks but now almost every song are at high gain and well mix mastered so u dont need to boost up eqs.. Keep that straight and gain level at 10 Or 11 clock

@@djdeepbhamra no effect us meant to be all the way up. They should put a redline on the fx so beginners now when they go too for. High pass is one that drives me crazy. And this just isnt new guys. They go to far ant take to much of the track out. Especially in a build it basically takes all the volume out. So its doesnt even found filtered anymore. @@djdeepbhamra I was playing live over stream to 1800 people last sat. Put a bit of flange in the break. I then went to do a volume fader cut with 1/2 echo trick that I do. Only to realise I forgot to take it off of flange. FAIL. I usually leave it on 1/2 echno. I mix hard techno. I find that best for the genre.

On point bro. For me personally 4th point is still a problem. When I mix and record my set, sometimes I am so nervous and preoccupied on mixing without making a mistake, that I forget to look at the freaking camera... Then sometimes I ride the wave of the flow and it's OK, but... I guess it's all about experience. Thanks for the video, cheers 😊

Bro appreciate the video, but there is nothing wrong for an extra gain of midi when both songs vocal sections are clashing. Ofcourse redlining is something which every DJ should know . But EQ’s sometimes play important role when gain to max. The trim could have been maxed out because the song might’ve have been ripped from KZbin .
