It’s not really “ British Policing”. These guys are just a step up from security. Officer... Its really simple, you dont control your airspace, nobody needs your permission, and you have no saying in any permissions what so ever. The helipad controls that specific spot, and complaints from you are invalid, its all about air space management, nothing else. You have only something to say about activities ON your land. You cannot fine people outside your grounds, thats unlawfull. Just accept your wrong and learn, no shame in that, but continuing is. I once jumped in that park and that very Sgt seen me and gave me an £80 fine because I was technically flying through his park. I didn’t pay the fine and it went to the crown court for a jury trial that lasted four weeks. I called King Charles as he owns the park and Samantha Fox the page three model because I always wanted to meet her. The Sgt didn’t show though he hadn’t been to court before and got lost on the way. He phoned for an Uber but rang the wrong number.
