The law, as it is written, is ok. For it to be an offence it MUST include threatening or abusive behaviour. The thing that's wrong it that the police ALWAYS ignore this part of the act. What I was always taught was that you can come up easier than you can come down. The main speaker of the two gave me the impression that he was an angry man. Those first two cops are an embarrassment to the police force and are a strerotypical reason why the police are so widely distrusted by the general public. They've abused their powers, abused people's legally protected activity and have acted in a threatening and abusive manner, and they do so knowing they will not be held accountable, as their colleagues senior officers just turn blind eyes to their offensive and abusive actions. Don't get me wrong there are some really good coppers out there but unfortunately they seem to be few and far between, and ultimately fail in their duty when clowns are allowed to act with impunity.

First they commit the offence of interfering with a pilot whilst in control of an aircraft, second failing to identify themselves other than they are coppers of limited knowledge. When I was 15 I was being followed constantly by a taxi driver. The police told my parents they couldn't do anything because he hadn't done anything "yet". So why the hell do they think someone needs to go away from their building because they are " alarmed and distressed"! It infuriates me!!!!
