Your advice worked for me, but it took 15 minutes. My needle nose pliers wouldn't fit. Had to hit the screw with a hammer but it wouldn't catch the valve block so I had to try several times again. I wonder if it would have been easier just to take apart the whole revolver.

Hello DK ! You have the "golden hands" 👋👋👋
@jayb_ltl83 Жыл бұрын
Yeah worst part would be bust it open and have springs fly everywhere which this shows how that valve block impedes airflow. I don't know why but how does Jeff Mackay get better numbers coming through the top of the marker with hpa you wouldn't think it would matter but he does have extended barrel and so forth but I don't see any reason to dial it past 35 plus joules you see what one shot did to the coconut 😂. Great tutorial though dk
@DKSpencerCustomKinetics Жыл бұрын
Well this one will get considerably better numbers with higher output air. I have them both ways. I can get them to the point of farting no matter how the air goes into it. So basically you can get as high numbers as you can get no matter which way you do it.

This is just the valve that came on it. All I'm doing in this case is just removing the restrictor from the valve that's already there

Ok, so, you think in the model 16joules, you have to need remove or it is already removed ?@@DKSpencerCustomKinetics
@DKSpencerCustomKinetics9 ай бұрын
@@michaelbeautrix3902 I believe either model has a restrictor that you can remove I think one just has a bigger restrictor than the other. Because with the restrictor removed you definitely get more power than 16 so the 16 one probably has just less of a restrictor than the seven

Most this stuff, other than weak stuff like a Byrna, only gets one mag per CO2 though. That's just typical to tune like that to get the most power you can and when the ammo is gone so is the CO2
@GimmeEd10 ай бұрын
It's a hell of a lot easier to just pull the screws and separate the 2 halves of the gun. Why would you struggle to keep the haves separated when you can just take them apart with a few more screws?
@DKSpencerCustomKinetics10 ай бұрын
I've done about 35 of them and I think it's easier to do it this way cuz you've got less stuff to worry about when it comes apart it's not about the struggle of taking the screws out. It's not rocket surgery to put one back together if you take it completely apart obviously I can do that to HDX I could do one of these in my sleep. If you take it completely apart you got two springs that you have to deal with again not that they're hard but you don't have to deal with them if you don't take them completely apart. Less chance of losing anything on the inside accidentally. You don't have to struggle with the little post on the front site coming off and having to get it back right. Again none of these things are difficult but there's more to the reason I do it this way than just being too lazy to take out a couple of more screws it's about keeping stuff and the right place when you don't need to move it
