This song is everything that happy hardcore was at it's height IMO: - happy, bright beat - killer speed that is fast but not out of control - kid like voice that wasn't full chipmunk Man, I can't believe that it's not the 90s anymore. I wasn't that old enough in them it but this is COMPLETELY the opposite of the 2000s with fake bullshit flying everywhere.

Wow. This has been on YT years and no-ones mentioned its playing at the wrong speed? The label says 45 but the record plays at 33. I think that says a lot about old ravers that no-one noticed XD

Jayfive276 you have to modify the pitch on the 1210s to get it at this speed 👍lift the plate off and turn the bit with a screw driver to extend the pitch 👍

ive got 3 copys of this on 12". Friends, Lovers & Family Mix is a nice 1 to listen to. Only plays the vox once, but they sound really good when they do. In the arfterdark 2 ( a closed night club) they used to play the mix with the gabber kick

Imo having heard many DJs at the time drop this track, Notably Hixxy on the Millennium Jam HS it's played about this speed and sounds great listening to that set now as it did that night! If you honestly don't like Garfs effort posting so many great tracks then Fuck off

I have (or at least had this record) and was testing it for condition before selling it, this is what it sounds like on the wrong speed. The vid is the record being played on 45. The label SAYS 45 but the tracks are pressed at 33. The speed of the other mixes on the record confirm this.

Oh right, that makes sense. The label was wrong and the uploader was just following the label. I misread your comment. I thought you meant that the uploader was playing it at 33. I actually think it sounds ok played at this speed. The womans voice was low enough for it to sound normal sped up.
