I will always honor my ancestors beautiful customs and tradition, MEXICA!!!!!!! We can’t forget our origins and we owe it to the them to continue practicing there ways. I don’t see myself as Latino or Hispanic but as Native American, we have to remind ourselves that before colonization there were no borders in America. Stay proud and brown!!!!

Don’t forget, that aztecs loved to sacrifice people to gods. But yes, some cultural was unique. As medicine. 🤔
@Miralo1383 жыл бұрын
@@swetamahlaj7798 Lol, it’s not Aztecs it’s mexica(Nahua), an anthropologist by the name of Alexander von humboldt came up with the Aztec term mixing aztlan and tecatl. I don’t want to school you too much however so you can look up what aztlan and tecatl mean, but I’m sure you know all this since you know so much right?My people don’t believe in gods but in deities, it’s more of a principal as in Tlaloc isn’t the god of rain Tlaloc is the rain. Found your reply a little random and ignorant btw, what’s your point and where are you trying to get at? Don’t forget the Aztecs did sacrifices to the gods? Lol don’t forget ignorance is bliss, think before you speak or type something down that might come off as ignorant or rude to others. But I guess your just an expert in Nahua culture all of a sudden now and feel entitled to making random bold statements in a sensitive subject that you clearly don’t understand let alone practice Mahlaj!!!

Did you know, they don't even recognize these people as natives. True. I looked it up in the Mexican census. I found tarahumaras, mixtecos, seris, yakis, zapotecos, Tzental-mayas.

Don’t understand, who are the ones that don’t recognize the Mexican natives? We have 68 tribes distributed around Mexico, about 10% of the population is pure and not mix.
@hueyitlahtoani92423 жыл бұрын
That's because the "Aztecs" is the name given to them by the Spanish, they called themselves Mexica. But you'll mainly see them referred to as Nahuatl or Nahua in the census.

This is more like show ,chorogratype of danza is not traditional the trajes (regalia) is conchera there's no permiso wich is the first danz you offer to start your preyer remember at the end of the day danza is a prayer

F Israel Arenas he's not wrong, this is just a performance. To learn danza you don't "choreograph" or "perform" it's a form of prayer. Yes there's performances but don't confuse those with ceremonies. Like this one is for show. And that's how the people watching are gonna take it
@supersaiandemon5 жыл бұрын
False pride is very telling of a person. Shame you couldn't just enjoy the show.
