I just flew my Air 2S in Fruitland ID today and used up three batteries up and down Snake River. I flew with the RC Pro today and flew around five miles out across and into Oregon on the other side of the river. Very nice day today.

Marcus, I'm jealous of your flights in Snake River Canyon! Always enjoy your videos there and the many other places you fly your drone and video. Here in Pennsylvania NO DRONES ALLOWED IN NATIONAL PARKS, NATIONAL FORESTS OR STATE PARKS. There are a few State Parks drone allowed but there is only a hand few of them and not where most drone pilots want to fly. Keep up the great work. Always enjoy your videos. P.S; I got my first drone, the DJI Mini 3 Pro, preordered before the release as a result of you and a few other prolific drone video KZbinrs. I've since gotten my part 107 Certificate and really enjoy the fun of drone flight. Thank you.

I live in Oklahoma but I fly drones in every state and overseas. I just got back from a month in the Philippines on June 17th. My favorite drone is my Air 2S. I actually have two of them. I still fly my original Mavic Pro also and I love my adrenaline rush DJI FPV too. My mini is too vulnerable in the wind at a lot of places I travel to so it pretty much never gets used unless sneaking up to see wildlife. Great video.

Another super video and I never get tired of the Snake River Canyon videos. I, like you, love the RC Pro controller. I'm anxious to use it when I get to Florida this winter as I feel the signal strength is so good and the screen is excellent in the sun. I don't test the limits of the Air 2s or any drone in getting out too far. I don't want to lose a drone either.

Hi Marcus....Great flight with the Air 2S. When I bought my 2S bundled with the RC Pro. They included batteries that were 3750 mAh / 41.4 Wh as compared to the 3500 mAh / 40.42 Wh that normally come with the drone. If you ever decide to renew your batteries. Might be something to look into. Gives you a little extra time.... Also.....GET A LONGER POLE NEXT TIME. I don't like edge either.....😧

Great video. Trying to catch up, I've missed some of your videos lately. Got a diabetic complication and it took me a while to stabilize. That edge shots gave me the willies. I cannot stand very close to the edge of a drop off myself. That was an outstanding flight by the 2s. I may attempt my first flight in a while tonight to see some fall foliage. Thank you.

I've often wondered what the view would be up towards the lake and so I'm glad you flew there Marcus. The Snake River Canyon is so spectacular in that whole area from the dam to the lake it seems.

I can say that I wish the flight time was longer. My average longer flights are around 22 minutes but the second fly more combo I bought that came with the RC Pro has better higher watt hour batteries but still not much difference. My first three batteries are I believe 40 WH but my second three batteries are a little over 41 WH. I don’t know if anyone ever noticed the batteries are different depending on the combo you buy.

You mentioned that this was a perfect test for the Air 2s as it’s a more powerful drone than the minis ! I would do that same flight with the Mini 3 Des. While the Mini 3 is slower, it has the flight time to make it out and back without issue. Thank you my friend. 🙂
