hey buddy you have to plug the avata battery into the aircraft after updating or refreshing the firmware if you waited to long to insert your other battery as they all need there firmware updated on the batteries themselves. and after updating the firmware the operate files are stored in cache as for when you insert your other battery they will update automatically. just thought you would want to know to maybe update your video so your putting out quality content and not misleading someone. thanks your friend Randy

Dankie dankie ... does the multi-bat charging hub not charge at around 60 watts? I think only the single bat dock is limited to 40%?
@InfinityDrones7 ай бұрын
Do you mean 40w? You are 100% correct. If you have the flymore kit's charging hub you can charge upto 65w if your usb c charger is capable.

U have to do all the way down the battery until "0" % empty before charge??
@InfinityDronesАй бұрын
Correct, I show the whole process in the video. There are important steps that I show. Like waiting an hour before charging etc

I havent got the option to go & fly my drone in the Gofly app to run the batteries down (I have 3 batteries in total all showing the same low power state message) as i've hardly used my Avata since buying it) .. so I'm having to just turn the drone on with a fan blowing on my avata to keep it cool .. its taking a while to run the 1st of the 3 batteries down .. i just hope it works on the 1st battery then the other 2 batteries should be ok to hopefully .. do you think this approach will work, any advise would be greatly appreciated

How did it got? It should work, but I'm keen to hear your experience

I am getting this as well as low power mored error so it won't even take off despite fully charged batteries... any idea how to overcome this?
@InfinityDrones4 ай бұрын
Low power mode means the drone is not getting the arm signal. So check that your controller is bound. Perhaps rebind everything

@@InfinityDrones thanks for the reply. Turns out it was a case of the goggles, and drone updated to the latest firmware but the batteries and controller were experiencing a mismatch. I think it’s because the batteries and controller did update but the software on the drone wasn’t recognizing the updated firmware. A few complete shutdowns ended up resolving it and all is well now. Thanks for the explanation, if it happens again, I’ll know where to start.

If i cant find a way to deplete the charge how do i go about it ? Wait a month ? For it to do itself ?
@InfinityDrones6 ай бұрын
I diont understand. The battery should still work as per normal. If your avata doesn't fly with that battery then there is something else wrong... The error message is just there because the error % dji has in their battery chip flags it. So it should still work normally.

Just follow manufacturer instructions.

Yup, but people don't read anymore and just go and jump on videos or support lines. I made this video because I've been asked how to fix it soooooo many times....

It's a pleasure to listen, especially with a good microphone! Does this problem affect DJI FPV?
@InfinityDrones7 ай бұрын
This problem as far as I know does not affect the DJI FPV, but I see no reason why it could not. The issue is with the info on the BMS not syncing properly. I'm 99% this is something that will be fixed with a firmware update in the future though.
