Better neo or flip for first drone?

If you just want to have fun, and have more options to fly, like FPV, then go for the NEO. If your end goal is high quality video for content creation, then go for the Flip.

Currently no, motion controller and N3 Goggles don't work with Flip. But that could change witha. future software update. If you want that, I'd stick with the NEO for now.

What the flip! It’s a flop for me. Good camera though but those arms look flimsy and because of that and care refresh should be included in the price. Lol 😆 only time will tell if those arms start breaking in crashes. General body shape reminds me of a dji spark if a spark had prop guards.

Our crash was at a relatively high speed and at an angle. The only things that broke after that crash were the "spokes" that cover the props.

Yay, as we mentioned, if you have a better drone already, you don't need the Flip.

It may not have all the bells and whistles of higher end more expensive drones, but it still has a great gimballed camera which takes great footage.
