A video shot, in the main, with an Inspire that I watched all the way to the end. Who knew? I really enjoyed this as it has a beginning, a middle, and an end and focuses on telling a story rather than " Look, I have an Inspire ". Big thumbs up. Regards Nidge.

Also for Shane.....I know that the Scout compensates torque....but in one shot, there seemed to be quite a bit of torque on the Scout....was something not adjusted correctly or was I "seeing things"? Surreal!! This must be like being in a dream. What skill! What a wonderful sport! Probably the closest that man can come to flying like a bird. Is that motor too loud though? I wonder if they can come up with a motor that's totally quiet, except for the sound of the props of course!
@JamesAllred-Parasauce9 жыл бұрын
Ashish M, thanks! The motor is loud but with the ear protection it's not bad. The prop is the loud part of the motor. They have electric motors but they are nearly as loud as gas because of the props.

Truly inspired shooting...especially that use of life gimbal pitch as the pilot is swaying back and forth along the highway. I think this is a fantastic example of GREAT advertising for an advanced product where the "sky is no longer the limit." *Yeah, you can quote me!). Hey I am really interested in the camera settings you used for the Inspire 1 while in the sky. Your shots are super clean. Would you be able to share the camera settings please? Also if you ended up using the ND filter? and lastly did you use any post color correcting, LUX, "looks" ? THANKS AND AWESOME VIDEO!!
@JamesAllred-Parasauce10 жыл бұрын
Thanks, Jose Jimenez. The camera settings were actually not ideal. Exposure was off and I had to add some gain in post. I tried a variety of settings. I think my favorite is Log with a +1 sharpen and +1 saturation then a +.03 exposure. Weird, I know but i'm still working it out a bit myself.

Honestly, one of the best video from a quadcopter. What would have happened if you would've fell backwards on take off. Would it damage the propeller?

Probably. Sometimes the cage can take the hit and nothing happens but if you hit hard enough it will damage the prop.
