@@danielhallmedia I don't have my Mini 2 yet (arriving today hopefully)! But I've been doing as much preparation research as I can, so that I'm ready to go once it arrives. I haven't seen anybody else mentioning that particular problem, so it's great to hear it from somebody in case I do encounter too. If I do have the same issue I'll be sure to let you know!

Thanks Daniel. Glad you mentioned the HTML file. I had one recently after a drone shoot with the Mini 2 and didn't understand where it came from! I will make sure I film an extra clip at the end of a shoot to make sure it saves the important clips correctly. Probably should feed this back to DJI. Thanks again.

I believe they can be generated by panorama in some cases but mine definitely came from a video shoot

@@danielhallmedia I've noticed that an html file is always created in the "100MEDIA" folder when taking Panoramic photographs, the text in the html file is a list of links to the nine shots which are stored in their own folder within the "PANORAMA" folder so that the app knows where to look for the nine jpegs when it comes time to stitch them together. These panorama html files on my memory card are all 246 bytes, the exact size of the one in your video. Very odd.

hi daniel, i need some advice from an expert, i`ve got the mini 2, and made video`s , but theyr`e OH SO BORING as i don`t have any sounds on them, also i`ve never done any editing in my life and don`t even understand how to use the dji editing function, can you recommend an editing app that is EXTREMELY easy for beginners, i don`t want to end up with spielberg quality video`s , just something watchable with some sound`s music on it, thanks in advance..................

Hi Daniel thanks for the informative vid, just one question if you delete your cached files off your mobile attached to the RC will it delete the original file off the dji fly app? Keep up the good work, cheers.

The DJI Fly app on the phone contains the cache files, you can import the full resolution footage of the drone though so you can see it on the DJI fly app :)

The DJI Fly app is able to view the cached low res files on the phone and the high res files on the SD card in the aircraft when it is connected. Deleting the low res files off the phone will not delete the high res files off the SD card in the aircraft and the app will still be able to view them when connected.
