Sir my dji controlar cannect and disconnect again again with my phone and I have used other phone but my problem not solved and I am trying to connect but I can't solve what is the actual problem

Same hear was working fine after charge ued for 10 minutes was fine didn't ues for 2 weeks tried turn on to ues nothing no lights won't turn on connect battery pack to it it starts charging battery so there's power in control er just not turn on

I don't know about refund but if you have warranty thn just claim it... Here we don't have authorise service center so there is no support frm dji in our Country

Agar apka gps signal ya mobile ka network weak hai toh dji ka bhi weak ho sakta hai..

Bhai mere pass ek solution he dji app me transmittion setting me 2.4 ghz karke manual choose karlo esase thodasa hi doore aur jayega

My mini 2 controller happened with the same problem, cant turn on even when I Connect with the charger doesn’t work or power on, but when I try to charge drone batteries charges smoothly. This can be either of two things controller’s ( RC-N1 ) motherboard or battery. They are replaceable but hard to find in Amazon Europe or else where. I had to open a controller yesterday and thought instead of guessing the fault on battery or motherboard, it’s better to buy the whole controller and I have found the mini 3 pro controller which is compatible, works well, so I am waiting.

I have chacked on youtube and found out alot of complaints on mini 2’s controllers in november and december so i dont know if Dji did it intensional or

They did it intentionally... And there is no authorised service centre in India... I even tried some third party service center but there's no solution for now.

Hey I bought it today and today it self my Controller got shutdown bought it from design info yes i did update firmware and all of sudden it got shutdown guys please do not update it i am not sure this happened in india or everywhere

Same.. i also bought it from design info .... I called them but they said that no warranty cover for dji drone.... What a waste of money... I thought just like any other gadgets there will be solution if anything goes wrong... But i was wrong..

Alright guys, just fir my information, are you guys using a different charger to charge battery, controller? If yes This can be the reason for such issue. Every electronics have a part and this can be fixed easly. Just let ne know your stories plz.

Most of people having same problem... I guess it's not the charger but the controller itself has some issue... Even Dji knw the issue..

@@fitgenie8531 I see, but I have updated the firmware, I didn't find any such issue. Is this related to specify part numbers? 🙄 I only use dji charger to charge the rc and battery since I got this. My understanding is when there is frequency different (using different changer) can blow up diod which is resulting in this issue.

Esse reparo que você fez só funciona quando o problema é não carregar ( mas os leds acendem ) quando ele não da sinal algum esse método de remover o diodo não funciona.
