I have had this for over a year. Best thing I have bought. Truly a game changer and changed my life. You learn to see things so differently. I also have fibromyalgia, joint issues. It created so much relief that I dont have to hold my phone and better still I never hold my phone to my face when on video calls , protects my head from radiation as well as limits my covid exposure from touching phones and bringing it close to my face. This is a lifestyle change rather than just taking new videos. I still learn awesome things everyday with it. Next on the list is the DJI drones.

Hello, there. The magnetic attraction of DJI OM 4 is about 50N，equivalent to 5KG, which is based on the experimental data. Please make sure that the magnetic phone clip, magnetic ring are attached to the corresponding marks on the motor, practice the correct installation and usage given on the user manual or DJI tutorials. Note: There is no magnetic attraction in other directions, please stick to the official instructions.

I purchased the Osmo 4 gimbal this week, and have been experimenting with it. So far it’s been great. One of the things I wanted to use it for was to film myself using tracking, in the kitchen for example while cooking, with the gimbal on a tripod. It tracks me perfectly, but it’s got an annoying tendency to bob up and down if I step back or forward slightly which leads to the footage being very jumpy, and it’s super distracting. Is there a way to avoid or negate this?

Why do you recommend not using a phone case with the magnetic ring holder? Is it because you can't guarantee the case is built well enough to adhere to the ring, or is it because the gap between the phone and the ring holder causes the center of gravity to change too much? Just wondering, because I currently have the magnetic ring attached to my otterbox commuter case, and so far it's working really well.

Honestly the bond to the case might not be strong enough or when you need a new case you can’t reuse the ring due to the adhesive

I love the good Sony cameras and I use a Sony Xperia 1iii , as they use there camera tech in there phones. But dont the app support sony yet?? When will it come? and why is it not there

Sorry to tell you that you cannot switch between DJI OM 4 front and back cameras when recording. When recording, the Front/Back Camera Switch is dark and cannot be touched.

Hi Ryker, the pan and tilt of the gimbal can be inverted, you can go to DJI Mimo app, the three dots icon > gimbal icon to invert the stick control direction. Hope this could help with your issue.

Hi there, we are sorry to hear about any issue you encounter. Please try to quit the app entirely and close it from the background, reset the Bluetooth by pressing the M button, the trigger and the shutter button simultaneously. Then launch the app and try again, see if this helps.
