use this settings 4k/16.9 60fps RockSteady+ continuous focus 1/60 1/8000 100~1600 EV -3.0 Exposure Auto Color Normal FOV Standard(Dewrap) Image Adjustment (Custom) set that to Sharpness -1 Noise Reduction -1 this will help with Auto focus and your lighting when going into dark and bright locations hope this helps you

hey heres a update the settings i gave you is for the Action 4 and 5 pro heres the best settings for you for outside shotts if your shooting outside only use 4k/16.9 60fps continuous focus or product Showcase mode Exposure: M 1/3200 200 or 1/3200 50~200 play with this to get a clear sky and clear on your face 1/60 50~1600 set this to Auto Exposure which is good for both low light & outside shots 1/60 400 or 800 this can be used in doors with & without a ring light if your to Expo bring up the Shutter to 1/120 or 1/160 EV -3.0 Color Normal 10bit you will only get the 10bit option if you set the video compression to HEVC not H.264 Image Adjustment (Custom) set that to Sharpness -1 Noise Reduction -1 hope this is better
