DJI Pocket 3 + Mic 2 + EDUTIGE ETM-001, Stereo Binaural Test/ Issues

I want to use 2 DJI Mic 2’s for ambient recordings and it’s convenience. However, it appears impossible as DJI constantly applies noise reduction even when the setting is off. You can hear it being applied to eliminate the wind sound. I even tried editing the 32 bit float file to recover loss information, but this does not help. DJI, why won’t you just give more options in the settings.
