DJI doen't listen to customer feedback. They still hasn't implementem the most important option "lock focus and exposure" by touching and holding the screen. Every smartphone in the world has this option. This is absolutely neccessary.

This video popped up and I just sent my pocket three back to DJI. All of a sudden, the flip screen would not flip to horizontal anymore, luckily I had the DJI carry refresh. Looking forward to some of these firmware updates out when they send it back.

Still no hold to lock exposure - STILL have to use the phone app to do this, so annoying! Also the banner thing is the same as before, we should have option to stop the messages all together, they are also very annoying!

Hi, I mainly livestream but have not been using my Pocket 3 because of the mic distortion… I’ve SOLVED the problem! I use RTMP to stream to KZbin and immediately after pressing the go live button on the MIMO App exit out completely. The mic works perfectly. I use a MiFi with a SIM in my backpack. WARNING: adding a second mic introduces interference again. I am not a technical channel so if you could do a video on this it would have been the one I was looking for, forever… thanks Tim

You're wrong about the banner swipe. You have always been able to tap to dismiss it, no swipe required. I use this as a webcam for work calls every day so I'm 100 percent sure it worked on the last firmware.

When I first bought this camera I had reservations about potentially just joining a hype train, but I now have no regrets. I feel like the firmware updates and capabilities allow the OP3 to demolish the Sony ZV line with ease. It’s just so versatile.

And of course I appreciate the new updated from DJI, but in the same I am disappointed 👎 I want my P3 to have the same filter detection just like the P2 !!! Now every time when I am trying to remove the filter when my P3 is still ,,ON" I can hear how the motors are literally screaming. Please DJI, bring that filter detection from P2 BACK 👍

Well said, you speak quickly but you forgot something which is quite embarrassing if you are not aware of it. A long press on the record button deletes the last footage for you and that's not cool unless you know about it. I got fooled and it's very annoying when you're doing a report where you can't resume the sequence. Thank you France

I have the same camera, and the biggest gripe I have about it, and why I don't use it anymore, is the video is very soft. You can see it in this video. Everyone says it is so great, but I don't see it. My GoPro hacked to 200 Mbps looks much better even with the smaller sensor.

They have listened to nothing in the real world. I use mine solely for live streaming and nothing I have contacted them about in recent months has been fixed. The never power off is a great thing and has been a long time coming. The banners have always been able to be removed by touching it. Nothing to see here. 4k while streaming? I always carry a laptop around with me while streaming. The idea of streaming with this camera is to be mobile. How about fixing the problems before creating more. It seems to be all about the vloggers. I still use my pocket 2 for streaming because it just works and I simply can't rely on the pocket 3.

I wish they made restriction on how short video has to be to be deleted if you hold rec button for long. I made 1+ hour long video while mountend on belt, then tried to stop and power off, but guess what it deleted my video! I had to use undelete software. So I think 20 minutes or more should not be deleted by long press, or there should be some sound to indicate if its to be deleted to be able to operate while mounted and not able to see the screen.

I'd love them to give us a webcam zoomed mode. The picture is really wide right now. And I know that I can just zoom in, but doing it every single time is a bit annoying.

They added 4k 30 and 60 frames (lag) for the webcam mode, but 1080 60 was not displayed in not one capture program on Windows, only 1080 30... This is just a mockery, 1080 60 works on Aktion 4 in obs

Don't you find the Ulanzi ND filters are pink and change the whole colour of you video? The DJI and other ND filters are grey and don't throw off the whole colour balance of your video and photos.

My issue is the DJI mic doesn’t work with the pocket 3 if u are using the Mimo app to monitor yourself. You have to close the Mimo app or your audio won’t work or you won’t be able to trigger record from the mic.

I'm still confused about the FPV lock mode. DJI's notes says it stays perpendicular to the screen. So what you're saying is that with the non-locked FPV mode if you whip it around it might end up going from front facing to rear facing, with the locked mode not allowing that to happen?

I think pocket series release once in 2 years so might be 2025. I am waiting for dji action 5 for rumoured 1 inch sensor. I would definitely choose action 5 if it comes with 1 inch sensor so going to wait till November and decide. As of now pocket 3 looks over hyped. Absolutely no stock anywhere

This firmware includes a disaster feature. I have sent the following message to DJI: Please DJI remove this disaster firmware from the Osmo Pocket 3. I did a firmware upgrade. And now I have the following disastrous feature on my beloved Osmo P3: "Added cancel recording function. Users can press and hold the Shutter/Record button to cancel during recording. The footage will not be stored after cancelling....A disaster feature. Last weekend I lost several important video recordings because I pressed the red record button too long. Who comes up with something like that? To me, this makes the Osmo P3 an unreliable camera (you're kind of playing roulette with your recordings). Proposal: a) remove this feature via a firmware update; b) make the feature optional c) make the "press and Hold function" only work after 4 seconds.
