Great review video. That power station is impressive. I have been looking at one, and this video helped me make a decision.

What most people don’t know is it DOES have an app. Just requires of course…a dongle 😝 mines on the way. They also DO have a 2084Wh expansion battery, as well as a 1KWh bi-directional alternator/car battery charger. Pretty awesome really…

That's pretty cool but man is it expensive. It's a good way to charge the dji 1000 especially if you can route longer leads to come inside the car while driving. I can see myself getting a simple car 12v inverter and charging it that way.
@gammagonad1657Ай бұрын
@Greenhelix5 well it’s not cheap, but compared to other companies battery banks, it’s pretty affordable. For example: my father ownes a BLUETTI AC 200 max, which has basically the same inverter output wattage, and twice the energy capacity, but is about 4X as expensive. It has a little bit more solar input(that’s a bit complicated though), but the expansion packs are over double the cost. So while not cheap it’s very competitive. And to touch on the charging points, it is the FASTEST way to charge the batteries for a Mavic 3, Mavic Air 3, Matrice 30 and Inspire 3. I can tell you first hand that you can just about charge (2) Mavic 3 batteries in about the same time as one connected to the normal 100w charger(I really only need 3 out of the 4 batteries I own for it now) It can output 150 watts to a Mavic 3 battery via one of the SDC ports and it is stated to output 200 watts to an Inspire 3 battery. In short, it does unlock abilities that you don’t have without one. Seeing as I paid about 5 grand for my Mavic 3 Enterprise, it’s an awesome accessory that can also power everything else while out in the field.

So could I get terminal cables to an xt60 cable and use a 12v 100ah battery to charge the power bank through the mppt controller (possible use two batteries?) as a cheaper extension battery?? Thanks I love this review and ordered one!
@gammagonad1657Ай бұрын
@@Greenhelix5 I would use a 24v 100ah battery as the car adapter can input 12-up to 30v(most power banks charge up to 5x faster on a 24v) I can’t tell you for certain that this one does yet, but I plan to buy one as soon as possible.

Can you charge the power 1000 with AC while drawing 2kW from it? Basically, in UPS mode, can we draw more power than put into it??

What kind of lawnmower takes that puny little white battery? 😁

Hi jerremiah, thanks for the review on this. May i ask you a question? I know you connected higher watt solar panels, but i just want to understand it more.. could i connect two (2) of these solar panels in a single mppt? like is it still within the Spec of the MPPT controller if i connect 2? ```Max Power Output(W): 200W Voltage MPP Vmp(V): 19.69V Current MPP Imp(A): 10.21A Voltage Open Circuit Voc(V): 24.08V Short Circuit Current Isc(A): 10.72A``` Thanks in advance

Yes you should be able to connect two or them with those specs to one of the Mppt controllers because the open circuit current is less than 30v. You just never want to exceed the 30v input limit.

Hello Jeremiah, excellent video, I want to ask you a question, the maximum Voltage input of the mppt is 30v, but I have 50 Voc panels, how possible would it be to connect an extra mppt to regulate these 50v and convert them to 25v, would it be how to connect the dji mppt and another extra in series
@JeremiahMcintosh2 ай бұрын
Hmm Im not sure if that would work or not but I would be interested in knowing. I’m not sure what you mean by. I’m also not sure what you mean by "Would it be how to connect the DJI MPPT and another extra in series”?

Can I charge this power station with a 550 w smaller power station through the DC car lighter?
@JeremiahMcintosh2 ай бұрын
Yes you can charge this through the 2 different solar / car adapters that I showed in this video with a smaller power station as long as it can supply about 10 amps of output.

As of right now now the price is down to $375. Just picked one up on Amazon.

It's a shame that all these portable power stations are all made in Shenzhen China at the same Factory with different names slapped on them. I wish we had some USA brand ones to choose from other than Jackery which half of their stuff is made in China too😢
@tomcaron91132 ай бұрын
$379 now! Bummer that you need accessory for solar and Bluetooth.

not my world, thousands of dongles, adapters and broking cables. This is probably good power station only for professional drone pilots.

Who buy a powerstion to use it as like you don't have power in your house? it is mean to be used as a backup on the most common in the house if you have a power outage or on a camping tour and not as a full setup for the whole house permanent lol! And it look like you have max connected to the Ecoflow mine do not sound like that on normale use and the DJI are not connected to tons of things (out is 51 W as i so) that i why it is more silence as i se it! The DJI use the same batteries and so on and it get hot as all other powerstaions and must be cooled down with fans it is no "magic" who make it any better than other! A DJI sponsored channel it looks like! We are not stupid. And only links to DJI product's LOL!😆
