I downloaded mods from skymods, but you don't have a tutorial where to put them,some say documents/parkitect/mods. Ok but do you only put in 1 folder, cause these downloads come in 3 folders.

in stream put community and put parkikect and several free mods will appear but you need the game purchased in steam
