Looks like everybody had a good time so that's all that matters is that you give those kids a good show. Nice setup thanks for sharing!

I always turned my nose at the ADJ Event table for the reasons you listed, i guess i really never gave it a creative thought on how to manage the wires-so i will be interested in seeing your inside skirt idea...please post when you finish that! Nice giglog, keep up the hard word!

I used ADJ's Event Facade scrim I had for the wedding (I'll post next week). It didn't look the way I wanted to, so I'm going to make my own this week. Probably 2 weeks from now I'll upload a video with the details! Thanks for watching!!!

Great gig log, I have the same booth and had the same problems with clamps being too big! Managed to get some that work though. With the wire issue for weddings I put the outside scrim on it (you can see my latest gig log to see what it looks like) and that sorts the issue. Looking forward to see more 😎🎧👍🏻

Real Life DJ thanks for watching! Absolutely, it’s a bummer that the 1.5” clamps don’t fit and I need to buy 1” clamps. I tried the skirt on Saturday you’ll see that next week. I’m going to keep working on it every week!

I have just spent the £400 on chauvet wash fxs 2 and felt very much on edge as my speaker only cost a couple hundred more and I’m only getting two lights. Yet after watching this video, by far they are one of the best lights I have ever seen and can’t wait for them to come as I already have the best event lined up for them

First Class gig log. Your setup is fantastic 👍. Thanks for the inspiration. Question, I was surprised to see that you were not going with powered speakers. Comment please..,. Thanks again
@DJJoshErieOfficial5 жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching and the nice words! I use powered 12s, 15s, and 18s, but the dual 15s are passive. The main reason is because I own JBL PRX 600 everything else, and I want the cabinets to match. The JBL PRX 400 passive series is a similar match to the 600 powered. I can't find PRX625 powered speakers anywhere new or used! I can't even find the JBL PRX 725. I'll have a video on this later this summer! This is only my third time using the passive speakers they are new.
@David-sg4se5 жыл бұрын
That is a great set up you have big props with the upgrades! Can you tell me how you connect your passive tops with powered subs? Nobody has ever been able to explain that to me. Currently I go XLR out from my DDJSX2 straight into my powered subs, then XLR out from each sub into my powered highs. BUT I do have have passive dual 15" tops and amps that I would like to use with my powered subs for bigger venues! Just need help with how to connect it all. Any advice would be great! Thanks!

the behringer NX series real RMS wattage is the peak value divided by the square root of 2. so your subs are really getting around 600-700 rms if you're hitting the peak lights on the amp.
