What feats does Jaco have that even puts him above the Raditz level? Like just cause he's from Super don't mean he's actually stronger than the Z cast. Also, Turles' base power level is above 18k (he crapped on Piccolo who's power level was this high) and I think a 90's guide put him at 19k. Goku in the Turles movie had a power level of 30k in base and then uses kaio-ken x10, and even a single bite from the fruit Allowed Turles to shit on a power level of 300k.
