You don't have the right to do stuff on the ground you rent in the US😮 If you rent a house in Germany, you can treat it like it's your property with some exceptions.

I am in the woods (Upper Pen Michigan) with so many trees that there's nearly no sun so there's no grass, only moss. The other cool thing is that I have a crap ton of rocks/boulders over every square inch of my 2 acres with very little useable dirt. I am planning on starting about a 1/4-1/2 acre track this spring. I already have a huge rock wall and even rock stairs that should make it easy to get started. Can't hardly wait! I have an Axiel, Traxxass, Banchee and a few others I am looking forward to running this summer on the new trails! =)

I'm disliking because I dislike they way they are building it. Too much wood, not enough rock. Not utilizing the skidder to push dirt around into "mountains". I just generaly don't like to drive courses like these.

I would never dis because of it, but I do agree with less wood thing (for me), especially when one has the room and the bigger toys to use. My course is small and unfinished due to wanting to keep the terrane "real" if you will. BUT, everything RCS does is awesome, how can one fault the guy living the dream, keep em coming.

Awesome starter ideas with the pallets as a solid base to build elevation. I have plans to build one with my boys at our home in Florida. Our biggest problem is the sand, it does not hold together. I plan on adding a truck load or so of clay just to give us some base. Thanks for all your vids. I find them very informative and entertaining.
@TheRealRCSparks8 жыл бұрын
I owe the pallets idea to my friend, Crawler Ted. He used to run a rock crawling group.. and they used pallets to pile rocks high. Make sure to screw them together! Haha ;) Good luck on your build with your son - my friend, and thanks for commenting!

@scottfirman8 жыл бұрын
That turned out to be an awesome project,not something everyone can do unless you have the material,but if you have acess to a trailer and a number 2 shovel,the sky is the limit. Pallets are free plus most of that other stuff can be had free also. One mans junk is another mans obsticle course. I live in a trailer park but they have a construction dump out back that makes a natural course. Concrete,wood,brush,dirt piles,you name it. Even some natural hill climbs not far from that,complete with rocks and gravel.
@TheRealRCSparks8 жыл бұрын
AWESOME ATTITUDE, Scott! That's exactly what this video was made to show. If a person is willing to but a little work in.. most material we used here was free! Old Junk Tires, Sticks, Stones, some twine, old plastic.. it all comes together for a great little scale track!
