@@IrenaDeacon that's fair. there are many comments critical of the title, so i just read through and made sure there's clarity on where the documentary was coming from in the choice. it doesn't mean the title is the best one. but clearly, whatever individual oversaw the making of the documentary, what novak said there resonated with them. i want to be respectful of that, too, maybe i'm being naive, but i truly believe that many criticisms of the title wouldn't have happened if people knew exactly where it was coming from. i didn't until i saw the aus open show the clip on twitter. as long as there is valid basis for the title, i want to be respectful that someone with the power and influence put this documentary together. i could be wrong, but i think this a tremendous honor novak got, that a slam did this for him, which he more than a 1000% deserves.

@anonymous-pw3hq I definitely agree 👍 🤝 💯 its just unmasked can mean so many things but people are like sheep 🐑 😅 they will immediately accosted unmasked with covid and how they call novak-novack due to his choice he is entitled to not take vaccine. I didn't want to take it, people were selling certificates here in the uk for high prices I couldn't afford. The only reason I took it, no regrets, because my grandmother passed away and I couldn't be there in Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 as I wasn't vaccinated, so I couldn't even attend her funeral, but took it and then travelled 4 months later to be there for my mom. It was such a hard decision for me, unable to purchase fake vacine certificate and being so far in the time of need. But I said f it and took it. I can tell you it had and still has left negative impact to my immune system. Vaccine that doesn't protect us from catching it again? Made and makes no sense to me, to put in my body a Vaccine that was developed and supposedly tested IN SUCH SHORT TIME. Buy I guess most of are slaves to the system and whatever happens happens. Djokovic has the privilege he earned with his hard work to even quit tennis and not travel away from the family, sadly I and most people I know don't have that money and privileges. Many claim the same as me, that their health went downhill since we took it but of course there are those who are at least for now ok and saw no changes. World has gone insane. Back to the topic maybe unmasked is a good title for this documentary but his full life movie should definitely be unbreakable because his mind truly is unbreakable and can't be compared to any other player I've ever seen. Maybe Kobi mamba mentality too. Rip he was a goat of his sport and inspiration to so many 🙏

I'm a rafa fan, then federer, but Nole, the way he speaks and manifest his values, such a great human being, how can you hate him? he speaks almost 10 languages, great sense of humor, inteligent, actually, he's more intelligent than average athletes. Well spoken guy, and on top of that, he broke a lot of records that will be difficult to beat in a long time (if someone manages to break it). Give the guy some credit. He's probably be remembered for hundred of years.

Not liking him does not mean that people dont give him credit. I do not like him at all, I think he is a guy I would never ever be friends with, but he is obviouslys among the three best tennis players of all time and regarding success he is by far the best of all time. 12:22 Federer said after the match, downplaying the importance of this loss, "Let's see what happens after 6 months." Ironically, exactly 6 months later, Djokovic snatched the top spot after defeating him and Nadal several times.
@itiswhatitis8875
@itiswhatitis8875 8 ай бұрын
He didn't downplay the importance of that loss. Nor did he belittle his rivals like Rafa and Novak. I watched that interview in full version. He was simply sick and tired of the journalists ceaselessly writing him off saying "Federer is finished" all over the media ever since as early as 2008 when he lost the world no.1 ranking and also that Wimbledon 2008 final to Rafa, and also won only one major in a calendar season since 2003. I've been watching tennis since 2002 and been a huge fan of the big 3. Clearly you don't know anything.

@@itiswhatitis8875I also watched his entire interview, and he did play down the importance of that defeat. He used to always elevate himself above his colleagues until Nadal and then Djokovic brought him down. And that he was annoyed by the journalists, that I believe. They all are, and rightfully so. But when Federer shows it, he is approved and supported. When Novak does that, he is arrogant and entitled. When the others do, these youngsters, they are spoiled brats who only whine... No matter how much his fans exalt him among the saints, Federer is far from that. Saints certainly did not mock the sick and injured, as he did. That last one is what I will remember him for. That's when I completely gave up on him as a role model for anyone.

I was really awe-struck by Novak's performance at 2008 Australian Open. I watched him since 2007 but his performance at 2008 AO was mind-blowing, especially I remember that point where he was sliding towards a short drop volley hit by Federer, basically 0.01% chance of winning that point, and Novak managed to hit a dipping passing shot winner down the line (almost around the post) to earn the break. Unfortunately I didn't really think much of him in 2009-2010 until that ridiculous 2011 season, but Novak ending Federer's 10 consecutive major finals at 2008 AO semifinal was absurd for me back then.

The quality of media statements also shows that the clearer and more complex an athlete's thinking is, the more results they can achieve. Djokovic's vision, his tactical sense on the court, his inner clarity and his ability to optimise every training condition are his main strengths. This clarity of thought is evident in his interviews. He is able to express himself honestly, to inspire young players and opponents in his interviews. There is no resentment or bitterness in him, and he also turns all his defeats into motivation and progress. What a mentality! What an elevated attitude! I am a sports psychologist who has coached Olympic champions. I know what lies behind such achievements. All praise!

What an incredible journey Novak, I cant tell you how blessed I feel to live in your era❤️Such a Champion on and off the court, the way you've got through your challenges - still waiting for apologizes to you about the shameful craziness in 2022 - is the biggest inspiration one can have. I'm so grateful for you being not only the tennis GOAT but also one of the most beautiful human souls you can ever meet. Thank you for being just as you are, ti voglio bene ❤️

Federer being called a gentleman is an absolute myth. He tried to hide his salty personality but when his mask slipped off you saw his true colors. The man oozes arrogance . As for Novak, I have nothing but respect for what he's achieved. Debate all you want, he is the absolute GOAT and there is nothing his haters can do about it. I actually quite enjoy their tears and seeing their dreams getting totally destroyed. Stay mad.

However, there is something ever so special about Novak that makes me feel I am part of his brilliant triumphs! Wow its crazy how salty Federer had been all the while, but the establishment and lack of social media like now did not pick it up or noticed that… you would never hear Nole speak about anyone like that, yet the media always shines a negative light on him... also so crazy to be reminded that when Federer already had 16th, Nole only had 1; and before 2012, nadal lost the last 6 finals against Nole, when both were at their peaks
