I just found again your comment and I'm wondering if I misread it back in the day, because I find it brilliant you may have that use for it, and I didn't mention. If you figure some additions could make it more useful please do tell me - I can't guarantee everything is feasible, but can definitely be considered and thought through!

Thank you! You can find some brief information about the rhythm if you expand the description of the video. A longer explanation is likely to be found in Paul Nas WAP pages (just google those four words and the name of the rhythm to get there). Further than that, smaller publications by Malinke masters will likely provide an even closer insight (Mamady Keita, Famoudou Konate,...), though it may be trickier to find which specific publication talks about each rhythm.

Hola Amparo. Los detalles personales los prefiero en Facebook - mi pagina tiene el mismo nombre que el canal. Con la cruz pequena queria indicar un golpe mas suave. No estoy seguro de que me preguntas con el flam, asi que te respondo dos cosas. El flam es un golpe que se hace con ambas manos de forma casi simultanea; pueden dar ambas el mismo tipo de toque, o cada una uno diferente. En este ritmo no hay flam, aunque aparezca en la barra de simbolos.
