Sadly, the acting industry collapsed, but so did the whole economy. I believe if actors leverage the diaspora audience they can at least make a living. One model is to have viewers send a dollar by mobile money for each episode they watch, or better still Patreon. That has proven effective, others have done it. After all, half a loaf is better than nothing. One thing I know for certain is that if your show is good, people are willing to pay for it.
