I can relate to that. Left Peru two years ago and am living in Florida now. I have made incredible friends and great progress that I would not trade for anything, but I sometimes wonder what happened to everything I had back there. The family, the friends, the small little corners of the city that I used to frequent. Not in a literal sense, but do they think of me the way I do? do they miss me the way I do? Gotta say after listening through Decide several times that this is my favourite track. There are some real stellar songs on the album, but this one seems simple on first listen, but it’s got a lot of layers, I feel like it really gets deep into my head after a couple of listens. while this whole album is amazing and has no skips for me, this is the track I keep coming back to. been sitting in thought and tears with it since release. there's a lot i relate to with this album, from wondering who the hell you are, how things inevitably change given time no matter if you're paying attention or holding on, and going through the journey of being human in a world that's a bit too much of a mess for us to perfectly have everything and even ourselves put together. at 24, this is everything I needed. thanks joe
