@@DjkopoeNYCSensation I need know what your problem. Have two problems: 1. You jog few seconds work normally, after go reverse, go straight, reverse again. It’s mean optic has problems maybe some dirty stuff there, maybe some beer or something like that. Need open all and clean. 2. If one jog work normal but not very smooth. Need fallow video which I sent to you. Clean and back. Two bid white rings inside should be very dry without any oil. Two small gray rings can put a little oil. I used “dioxid fader” for this, just couple drops. Good luck. Actually if you know how to work with screwdriver, it’s easy.

Hey RockCee, I followed you video because my jogwheels did not spin freely. I open them and clean them out and spin nicer by hand. However, both wheels now stop with in one second from hitting stop. I can feel it a magnetic stop. Any help advice is appreciated. I'm in SF by the way.

You don't need to remove everything; you just need to remove the top and clean the slip sheet, and the platters will work normally.

That's not true! The ones that really pick up dirt are the ones inside, they even make the spin harder, making the beat jugglin or the back spin more difficult.

This is a shame and cannot be tolerated for a 2000 euro controller. This is a Pioneer manufacturing fault, sooner or later all rev 7s will fail, Pioneer should make a new jog wheel system and make replacement of the jogs completely free for rev 7 owners.

Yo I put mines back together and the platter freezes when I press play like it starts for a second then gets stuck to the magnet. You try to spin it but the magnet tries to hold the platter in place. I think I messed up during installation. Nothing is damaged. That ever happen to you?
