I understand the "if it ain't broke don't fix it" comment, but I don't know about anyone else, but sharing how you're going to raise a human being with someone else for a min of 18 years is WAY harder for me than being married. Being married to my husband is a breeze. We are best friends so we work, we chill, we adult & life goes. It's calm. The hard part is making sure our baby is good 24/7 for the rest of our and HER life. Just some perspective for people who might be worried that marriage complicates things. All marriage did for us was bring us even closer & once our baby came along, it made us even more committed to making sure she's always good as a team.
