Someone pointed that out to me yesterday. I noticed in your Elmos and Oro nerf video that the RPM was very high with Strikers to say the nerf was supposed to be 1275. Someone pointed out to me that the devs weren't factoring in the ROF attachment. Had they included that in the patch notes instead of the number they gave, they could probably have spared themselves some backlash. When you add rhe ROF attachment the nerf isn't that bad. And with the added 50 mag, the Oro will still sit at the top.

I love it. Incursion isn't very hard, but certainly is harder than countdown or farming CPs. Without the allure of the Oreo, why bother? Why have "difficult" group content with absolutely no worthwhile rewards? Silliness.

What the nerfs say to me is not that theyre seeking balance but they just dont want something popular to be popular but there will always be a scenario where something is best thing to do is let ppl enjoy the game the way they want to period as much as i love the division i cant validate going back to it only for the next thing to get nerfed and once again not respecting the time invested

Thank you for making this Video DJ So how I see it now they have seen how people reacted and made it from -10,4% phase 1 to around -7,40% ROF and kept the magazine But didn't factor in the muzzle mod All and all the weapon sits right where it should be now for a incusion weapon

I think 1275 it's a typo if I'm being serious. Because a lot of these patch notes have had little typos and misspellings. Like either A.i. is making these numbers or charts or someone new is doing it all and doesn't know what things are supposed to be. Like misspelling Wyvern Wear. I'm not surprised the QA for Massive right now is bad. I feel like they've outsourced this and whomever it is is mistyping things. The rpm was indeed 1375. I won't be surprised if it's getting dropped to 1320.

The chatterbox buff needs to stay because it’s rpm fluctuates and depending on what you run you may not be able to get as close to take advantage of the rpm mechanic. The oroborus is at least a stable 3 stack chatterbox that steals special ammo which is great for PvP as well as pvE. It may also take better advantage of the new ongoing directive gear

I would love to kno Where they get their data and reasoning to make nerfs to certain weapons is it strictly through pvp because im sure the npcs aren't complaining with there pin point accuracy, broken movements etc i just don't get it.

my opinion about these "devs" is they are insanely incompetent but im pretty sure they are capable of finding out a maximum possible damage output, use social media,youtube and some data from servers aka item usage, thats where they get the information from i guess. for the part why dthey do buff or nerf whatever i feel like they are just changing random shit just to give the impression of changing the meta. every monkey brain knows no matter what they are doing there will always be a BiD/meta, and putting a few % from strikers does not change the meta. they dont understand why things are used, famas for example is on of the lower base dmg weapons and is one of the most used weapons in the game, ak´s hit like a truck but 30% of the mag will miss the target thats more than 10 meters away, they create some psudo synergies and think thats RPG or what makes a set/weapon good, if you dont play the game as a developer you will not understand shit and thats why it is how it is. bungie is/was doing the same bs with destiny, nerfing raid weapons making them useless, nerfing weapons in january to buff them back again 3 months later. game developers are just people who "know" basic coding but have no clue what the customers like or just dont give a f ^^

I'm looking at the ouroboros The original 1 was 1600 RP M So you are dropping it down to a normal dark winter That's 1200 RPM. So why even used that gun. Everybody that played and got the gun has wasted their time If you run it with strikers it runs a higher RP m's and so is a dark winneryou can change the magazine from the dark winter to make it not as good SD azotic gun what close So now it will be the same. And on top of that they are dropping down strikers also To equal the guns .

Most of the new people that goes in the dark zone does not have that gun. And when you try to play the mode to get the gun it is impossible to get a good team. And then they complain and cry because they didn't play the game before now all changes is bad create new content for the new people and for the old people

People love their ouroboros so much that they a blinded to how broken it is for burst dps and how the rpm is tooooo fast nothing else in the game even comes close except for 285 rpm down at the regular vector. 285 more rpm than the base variant and a insanely fast reload with easier max crit potential and 50 rounds is pretty busted😂

It really really needs to be impressed on people as to just how much more damage they're able to do versus the old 3 Prov/Coyote/Contractor's/Fox's build which is what the game was balanced around. The mobs are no tankier nor do more damage than they did back then. A max Strikers build with a tier 26 Elmos is closing on 90% more damage than the old old meta. Insane. People are complaining about losing 5% burst/sustain on their favourite weapon (99% of the time it's Ouro/Elmos which were already OP, esp Ouro) yet many don't know just how much more damage they're doing versus all the damage you need to do to be able to clear even the hardest content.

This video i like these devs are just out of touch the npc's arent complaining amd the players arent so why touch anythimg? In pvp i understand but pve is just not justifiable to me the goal is to have players engage and enjoy the game but they seem hell bent on pushing ppl away any gear or weapon that strictly comes from super hard content needs to out perform anything else period otherwise why would i or anyone else feel compelled to do such activities when we can do something easier and get something better?

Hey DJ, here’s the deal… it seems like more of the woke movement in the world, it took me 8 times with a lot of coordination, skill and luck to receive that weapon. I “EARNED” it, I deserve to have an OP weapon. If it’s just like every other smg why bother running their incursion? Clue in Devs, if you’re waving a carrot in front of my face why take it away when I grab it. Geez. Thanks and take care buddy
