Harlem is definitely the Mecca of New York City and fashion I’m from Harlem but I live in the Bronx Now , my second home is in Chicago, I moved to Chicago in 2000 and i came back to New York in 2005 , Chicago was always late with fashion I remember I had some Gortex Timberland boots and I had them in 2003 I went back to Chicago in 2017 and those timberland’s still did not come out over there, my cousins use to come to New York to go shopping especially before the pandemic 😷

He’s really the epitome of what it means to be “not a rapper” that raps lol. I started hearing about Jim thru Cam name dropping him in his songs. Then Cam did the “What means the world to you” video and Jim was in it put a face to the name (he didn’t rap). Fast fwd Cam signs to RocaFella and drops the “Come home with me” album. Jim spit on that and went CRAZYYY. He just got better and better from then on. 2005 Jim had the whole Northeast.
