- Injuries were a major concern - Poor 3 cone drill. That measures your cutting ability which is essential for a WR - Was underutilized in Ole Miss which didn’t give him standout production Clearly he’s completely exceeded expectations and I hope he has a HOF career.

His Bench max is way higher than 350lbs if he can rep 225lbs 27 times
@ilikepie199213 жыл бұрын
He said in that interview with Aaron Donald that his max is 350. Your estimated 1 rep max gets more distorted the more reps you can do in your sample. Like, a guy who reps 225 15 times could have a higher 1 rep max than someone who reps 25 times.
@swhtx85003 жыл бұрын
Honestly that doesn’t even add up his max should be at least 405lbs but maybe he’s not that good at 1 rep max
@ilikepie199213 жыл бұрын

I think that information needs to be fact checked. I maxed 345 as a collegiate fb player and I may have only been able to do 14-17 reps at 225. My guess is that DK's max is pretty close to 4 plates.
@Nachtgeist. Жыл бұрын
@@gageguerra3113 No, people are just different. 15 reps is my second warm up set every workout and max is 345. After a heavy single i've busted out 21 reps of 225 fairly easily. I've read of a few guys who max closer to 405 and only rep 225 around 15-18 times.
