Hi Vey :) I can totally understand that :) I was collecting them as well... now I started to collect Pablos :D Sure thing I can :) Most true violet based on blue is 135 (new color) it's a really dark blue violet :)

I have about 40 open stock and I LOVE THEM. They ARE WORTH IT. CARAN D’ache works VERY hard to make a LIGHTFAST, RICHLY-pigmented pencil of HIGH QUALITY.

As usual - the blender pencils just don't do a good job of really.... blending. That yellow/red combo should have produced a wonderful orange.. instead.. it didn't do much other than take off a ton of pencil. Sad really....

pesto12601 I don’t agree. First off to blend fully one colour needs to be placed at least slightly over another which Dominika did not do. Sorry no offence meant Dominika😘. She put 2 colours side by side and I saw much richer colours emerge so I don’t see where a lot of pencil was wasted. I use the blender for many different pencils and I think it works well. There has been other videos bagging these pencils so I presume it’s a matter of opinion but I find these to be one of the finest sets to own. I do have over 2000 so I’m not making statements without having compared many brands. Guess we’re all different in what we see and how we use our pencils.😊 That’s the fun of colouring and achieving different results isn’t it?

14:15 - I see red going into yellow just fine... the blender is just not that great. Yes.. richer colors.. but not "blended" colors... ie: orange from yellow and red. I know the Luminance are like pro level pencils - I have a ton of them myself - but the blender is just not up to par in my opinion...

Hehe, You are totally right my Dear :) I just barely put one color on another and that's why they more smudge than blend in this video. I was more into showing how easily we can spread all pigments from single light layer of color. I should mentioned that, hehe. Also those pencils are so creamy that they can easily blend themselves without a blender ;) I think this stick can work great with blending sky or skin though... I'll find out ;)

My hubby ordered these for me from overstock. They came today box was rattling. Opened box and pencils fly all over. I couldn’t believe it! Around 250 for the set of 76. No wrapping on the case and not even a crumpled news paper in the box to stop it from tumbling and slamming all around. That said not one is broken! Although I have absolutely no idea how the colors should be in the case. Spent quite a while trying to organize it before giving up!

Yes, Caran d'Ache is brand of the best pencils lightfast :)

What does lightfast mean

Lightfast means that colors are not fading over time. Depends on colored pencils brands: Prismacolor have I-V Lightfast range which V is the poorest; Faber-Castell have stars which ***- is high lightfast ; Caran d'Ache all set is only from I-III LF so all pencils are very lightfast. When You are Artist or wanna sell Your work You must work with Lightfast pencils, because You don't want to have any changes in colors of Your artwork over time ;)
