they ran out of ingredients last time cuz it blew up on twitter and it was never supposed to be known that Jin owns the restaurant. The amount of traffic pretty much skyrocketed and they ran out of ingredients cuz it was not the usual crowd. It was their second restaurant and there's no BTS mentions anywhere. The BTS name was never supposed to be attached to the restaurant. Please don't make it sound like the restaurant was irresponsible for not having enough ingredients last time. Otherwise, good video!

I think the Explain series is fantastic, and the right direction to go in with your channel. Plus, as you've shown in this episode, you can explain anything and adapt the format. Sometimes as a Westerner, the information you are curious about is just not there in English, and you have to google search for really obscure blogs to get anywhere. Sometimes Wikipedia doesn't even have anything about certain Korean topics, such as history or culture. Like, Yoongi's line where he called himself a Baby Shaman whose tounge danced on a haycutter confused me for MONTHS until I tracked down a pic with a Shaman and a haycutter. And then I saw footage of a Shaman performing the ritual to call down the spirit of a general on KZbin. It's like, I knew the line was powerful, but I didn't know it was THAT powerful. And the history and culture is so interesting! The Explain series is actually more valuable than you realize, is what I'm saying.

I think the explain series is a great step! My problem with reaction videos is that if they don't focus on a specific aspect (the visuals or the music/singing) it kind of gets disappointing to watch people miss a lot of the significance of k-pop videos. When people don't understand the language and have to background knowledge of the culture, a lot of depth gets lost and I'm glad you guys decided to take a more in-depth look at the videos!! I think it also will make k-pop artists more accessible to western fans, because so far I'd only watch reactions to artists whose music I already know and like. With explanations even of music videos/songs from artists I don't know it'll be easier getting interested in their songs. Also, it's just cool finding out more about the lyrics and cultural background from a Korean's perspective!!
