I wonder why they took away them crazy kicks. When they gave these kicks to Ken, he looked so versatile and so different from the generic "shoto" of fireball> dragon punch scheme, too bad no future version of Ken had this dynamic style.

A state that did a wrong input on a playback. It' just like a movie that has a sound or subtitles out of synchronization, the movie will keep running regardless if subtitles are following the voices in right time. In a TAS run it's the same thing, you do a combo and when you playback that combo didn't happened, the CPU for a unknown or known reason (some desyncs can happen purposely) skips from a movement you did or the combo you did, so the combo just got a desync, we need to redo it. If it just happens one or two time it wasn't a problem, but when we are talking about Super Turbo II on FBA (Final Burn Alpha-RR) this desyncs occour infinity times, you do a punch it get desync, you redo doing a kick and it desync again. This is the situattion, impossible to keep working, that's why PSX has been choosen. Hope you understood how it works.

Se podría decir que si es una herramienta porque usas la opción de cargar y guardar y usar los frames .. No creó que tenga trucos.. Hacer un tool assist demora y es complicado .. Pero buen vídeo bro :)
