How to repair modify upgrade Hot Chassis Guitar amplifiers Tube Amp Theater D-lab safety

A friend brought over this 60's Vintage Deville practice amp for repair and updated transformer isolation. These old amps are shock hazards due to the economical no transformer design back in the day. These little amps were cherished by kids as it was their first introduction to the guitar playing hobby. This amp was his first exposure and he desired to play it, but safely. So, D-Lab came up with the fix. Costly yes, but now it is a great sounding piece of history. I know that some may not like the retrofit, However this was his wish so that it could be enjoyed again. TD
