Hey yeah I am interested in a follow up to your Radiomaster Zorro. I started with fixed wing and then moved on to DLG and finally into FPV but I haven’t forgot my roots and purchased a Zorro 4 in 1 to dust off the spektrum toys. Great content!

Hello my DLG flips up side down when I throw it every time but throw it like a paper airplane and it fly like it is trimmed out any. idea?

I really enjoyed the Q&A format. It was fascinating to see what questions you received, and surprising how many of them were related to running your business. As a small business owner, I found those discussions very useful and interesting. I just purchased a used BAMF from a local pilot and am looking forward to flying my first Armsoar model.

If you’re searching for smoothness, try expo. Dialed in right and you get much smoother flight when needed and keep the plane’s snappy response everywhere else. This is from experience of perhaps 6 DLG types. With love, Ken

Great video, Thomas! Thanks for picking up and answering my questions, and for thinking of us as wel... Hope this all will end soon and we can all continue what we've done before that... and all your investments will recover. It turned down that marketing is saving both of us now. aswe ll, as my dayjob is actually in digital marketing as well ;) Anyways, thanks for recording this video, it was exciting to watch!

Honest and interesting, I liked your Kite build tutorial video where you had made mistakes in the build but keeping these in the video helps a lot to see the mistakes first hand, not many if any businesses would do this but I found this refreshing and helpful. Thank you.

Great Video! I am just getting back into DLG's, after 25+ years. I flew the original Monarch, back then, when "Javelin" launching was the only launch mode. Does Armsoar have plans, or do you have any recommendations, for a good Poly DLG for all of us old guys who have trouble seeing the flat wing DLG's of today? Ps: putting your KST-06's, and 08's in a Poly home build right now. AMAZING how small & light they are compared to the gear from the mid ,90's. Thanks!

Welcome back! The planes and technology have sure changed in the last 25 years! As far as I know, the only poly DLG in production is the Yoda from Vladimir's Models. Production has paused due to the conflict in Ukraine, but if you contact Kennedy Composites or Hyperflight, maybe they still have one in stock.

Mickey, do you mean a contemporary poly with only R/E and a javelin launch?
@mickeybaron23382 жыл бұрын
@@paulgross4789 Hi Paul, I'd prefer a "poly" glider that could survive a basic discus launch. At my age she, I can't imagine that I could
@mickeybaron23382 жыл бұрын
Oops, I'm not looking for extremely hard launches, just higher than the old javelin method. I went out to the local RC Club and found I could see poly wings much better than the flat flaperon wings.

Shocking to hear Gavin balances his wing. I 've been told laterally balancing the wingtip is a big no no for DLG, will kill launch height due to the added weight to the outboard tip (reduces your rotational speed). you're better off dealing with it.
@ArmSoar2 жыл бұрын
It'll also increase a LOT of rotational inertia that needs to be counteracted for launch!
@tomkelley93162 жыл бұрын
then again when you're Gavin launch height is not a problem.

Not well, but at least safe and alive. Need to regroup back in Dnipro and rethink another way out.
