If you like her dancing you might want to go watch Keekihime dance, just saying.

Kiara, Kira, Kianna, Kanauru. Thankfully there are four there. Kiara said she did this mocap when she was recording her birthday concert at Ame's! She also got the first demo when she was on vacation back in May with Reine. She also also asked Kanauru to keep the memes and references out of it since she wanted the MV to be more serious and accessible to non-Hololive fans, but he still snuck a couple way in the background lol. If you haven't seen her birthday concert yet, Kianna has done the choreo for every single Kiara original, and Kiara came up with some choreo herself for a couple songs!

This is indeed Kiara's first 3D music video. She doesn't have a mocap suit or any easily accessable studio so both the choreo for this video and her concert was recorded at Ame's place. For the MV she kept Kanauru on a short leash so he wouldn't run away with his references like he so often does - and it made for a really polished product. Also Kiara has worked with that choreographer before and she said it has been a process to figure out what moves work well on Kiara. And I would say she really nailed it for this one!

Hey, I appreciate you calling attention to the whole team who worked on the song, that often gets missed in reactions. The choreographer Kianna in particular deserves some love, as Kiara has worked with her for all her original song choreos. Kiara is hoping to record and release a full dance-only video to show off the whole choreography at some point too. This is indeed the first time Kiara has been able to perform actual mocapped choreography for a song MV, not counting the concert appearances you noted. She said that she recorded the dancing for this way back when she was in America recording the 3D birthday concert in Ame's studio. Kanauru then would have taken that mocap data and cleaned up any mocap glitches as well as created the non-dancing sections like running down the hallway of ice or lying on the piano. And yep, you're right that this is a very different feel from the bulk of Kanauru's previous work, like Dreamin' Chuchu or Dan Dan. Kiara was pretty specific about her desire for this to be an MV that a general audience could get into, even if they had never heard of vtubers before. So that meant cutting back on the in-jokes and references, which are a lot of fun but wouldn't fit the vibe of this song. Really speaks volumes to Kanauru's creative range that this turned out so flawlessly.

I really hope Kiara dancing to her songs remains a thing. Her great singing aside, her dancing is just...wow. She knows what she is good at, and it really shows in Do U.

I appreciate this, bro. Kiara deserves to je acknowledged, but unfortunately most of these clippers and reacters are just clout chasers who only ever post about Gura, just because shes the "biggest". Its corny. So i appreciate you for making this video.

im glad you love the MV.kanauru wanted to drown it in references and stuff but kiara asked to make it more of "casual" so people who dont usually watch hololive and dont get all the references would be able to enjoy MV as well..and its working

Kanauru step up his game with the mv man. Kiara dancing is worth the 2 years wait for 3D, she's the best dancer in holoEN.

Kiara wanted the video to be more accessible to non hololive people so she asked Kanareu to tone down the memes and hololive references

Ayo I don't know what to tell you, they don't make Kentucky Fried Pop they she does it. All you need are sprinkles of K seasoning (KIRA, Kanauru, Kiana & and Kiara) you have a succulent Killer Track & MV🤭🔥 In case you didn't know Kira was also involved with Sparks, another track of Kiara's that follows on a similar Pop note so this hits oh so sweet for me. (Been playing it on repeat like I'm hooked on an ex send help😅)
