Every lady spiker is well-rounded. They're trained to score in all departments. People tend to focus on spiking only but it's hard to set up a good attack when your opponents are serving meanly and you can't just hit the ball hard/aimlessly if they know how to time you in the net. DLSU has the best training system in PHWV and I'm not even their fan.

dlsu really utilizes every players on court. kaya enjoy silang panoorin kasi pati ako minsan, nathri thrill kung sinong papalo, or kung kanino ibibigay ni setter yung bola, even in blockings. nakakataas ng confidence kapag nabablock nila. same with their serves, daming aces, and most of their serves are directed at the opponents weak link or open space.

Ganito ang maganda na team, maayos foundation ng basic volleyball kaya madali sila maka puntos. Coach Ramil is the best coach I've seen so far. He knows how to organize player and execute plays. Alam nya kung sino ang ipapasok at ilalabas, alam nya kung ano ang kulang sa team at kaya nya mag adjust kung sino man kalaban.

Releasing a deadly serve to disrupt the opponent's attack pattern thus making them predictable while setting that famous unbreakable defense above the net. that's what makes DLSU stand out amongst other teams that primarily focus on strong attacks
