Hi Mostafa, RFEM allows you to define the cutting plane via three nodes or two nodes and a vector. The latter represents a unit vector relative to the line between the first node and second node. In the webinar, the cut is done by a vertical plane, so an arbitrary value (1 m) is inserted for the Z coordinate to define a vertical unit vector. Hope this answer helps you!
