They have their own money and their own players cards in the machines (so they earn all the points and potential comps). He walks them to machines that have good potential of bonuses and walks them through steps of high limit bets. Or sometimes he walks them through big bets on table games. Some people scoff at it, but I think it's a great service for people who are nervous about betting $20 or more per spin. You're paying for his time and advice. There are no guarantees, and it states that on his site when you enlist his services.
