It's a rather late response, but it is actually titled 'Bless the Lord, O My Soul' by Nikolai Kedrov. It is a setting of Psalm 103/104. Rachmaninov does use the theme in the second movement of his 'All-Night Vigil' though.

There are number of variations on this Russian 'Greek' chant setting. If you want to see scores with midis you can go to the website 'Podoben.org' - google Podoben vigil - and you'll see them under Psalm 103.
